Ace Nigerian Comedian Basketmouth
has announced today, Thursday, 27th of August that he will be profiled
on CNN. This is coming after he was featured on Al Jazeera on August 24.
He even shared a photo of the CNN crew in his home. “Did I mention that CNN is doing a feature on me ? African Voices. #MyAfrica @cnnafrica. It can only get better” wrote Basketmouth.

It should be recalled that last Monday, Basketmouth’s feature on Al Jazeera was aired. The feature is the first in a series of six half-hour documentaries that tells the human story and the energy of Africa’s leading economy. Other Nigerian celebrities such as Kate Henshaw and Deola Sagoe feature in the series.

In his feature he speaks about how he got into comedy, the state of the comedy industry, and Nigeria as well. The announcement has sparked congratulatory messages from his friends and fans.
