Years Later, Here’s What The Cast Of ‘I Need To Know’ Are Up To

Do you remember I Need To Know? 

It was a Nigerian family-oriented television series sponsored by the United Nations Population Fund.

It was an amazing show that aired between the late 90s and the early 2000s and Nigerians fell in love with it because it provided information on adolescent health issues that not a lot of people wanted to talk about at that point.
Years after, we’re not sure why the show stopped airing, at least to teach the young ones of today a few things we learnt from watching but we know where the members of cast are and what they’ve been doing

1. Ayoola Munis – Vince

Ayoola Munis who played Vince on the popular show currently works as a broadcaster at the Traffic 96.1FM radio in Lagos.

2. Funke Akindele – Bisi

Funke Akindele played Bisi on the show and everyone knows her as ‘Jenifa’ right now. She’s gone on to star in a lot of movies and even produces her own show called ‘Jenifa’s Diary’

3. Oyindamola Adeoba – May

May Richards from the show went to study Industrial Engineering after the show and currently, she works as a banker in the United States. She acted in a couple of movies like Tade Ogidan’s ‘Playing Games’

4. Carol King – Mrs Tomori

The beautiful Carol King starred as Mrs Tomori on the show and has gone on to act on popular TV shows like ‘Everyday People’ and ‘Tinsel’ and even movies like ‘Dazzling Mirage’ to mention but a few.

5. Enebeli Elebuwa – Mr Tomori

Veteran actor, Enebeli Elebuwa played Mr Tomori and starred in a lot of blockbuster Nigerian movies before his death in 2012.

6. Florence Richards – Mrs Richards

Florence Richards was that mother we loved to hate on the show. She was May’s mother and was a pain in the ass honestly. She was on Super Story and has been on a couple of productions too.

7. Yemi Solade – Mr Richards

On the show, Yemi Solade played Mr Richards. He went on to being on Super Story, lecturing at a point and is a popular face in the movie industry, especially Yorrywood.

8. Toun Oni – Grandma

Toun Oni who we all know for her role as Mama Moji on Fuji House of Commotion was also on the show. She went on to act on TV and in movies before she died in 2o10.
