10 Events You Can’t Afford to Miss This Christmas!

Welcome to December! We believe Christmas lasts for 30 days in Lagos so the festivities have officially kicked off. We aren’t going to waste any time, we’ll get straight into telling you the 10 events you don’t want to miss in Christmas 2016.

1. Copa Lagos
   Copa Lagos should ring a bell for those who are usually in Lagos during Christmas. This gathering of beach balls and fun has been going down for quite a few years now and it’s back again this December. There will also be a concert after the game so you’ll get your money’s worth!

2. Rhythm Unpluged
   Rhythm Unplugged is one of the biggest end of the year concerts to hit Lagos. There are usually a line-up of the hottest artists who come and perform as well as a well-known international artiste.

3. Olamide Live in Concert
   Baddo Sneh is back for a third edition of his annual concert at Eko Hotel! He’s had back to back hits throughout 2016 so you can expect a concert that will light up Lagos on the 26^th.Date: Dec 26^th

4. Eat Drink Lagos Festival
   Eat Drink Lagos are notorious for their foodie adventures around Lagos. It’s only right that they end the year with a festival! You can expect food, food and more food! Get your jaws and bellies ready for the action.

5. SoundCity MVP Award Festival
   One of the most talked about entertainment powerhouses is holding an awards show this December. The night promises performances from the hottest artists of 2016 as well as celebrating those who have helped bring us great music so it is definitely something to look forward to.

6. Halal Fest
   Almost everybody loves meat, so almost everyone should be here. The Halal Fest will be taking place over two days and there will definitely be enough meat and fun to go around. Expect a fashion show, kiddie area and some performances too.

7. Life is Eazi
   Mr Eazi has taken the music scene by storm with his unique voice and sound. For those looking for an easy night of fun, get your tickets now because it’s going down!

8. Fashion Cookout
   This December’s Fashion Cookout is going to be great for socializing and glam. You can’t really go wrong with a cookout, sunshine and some good fashion.

9. Plein Air Lagos
   It’s time to paint the town red. Literally! This is a unique event as it encompasses a week of painting and partying! You don’t have to be Picasso to paint and have fun.

10. The Truth Pool Club
    Pool party galore! The Federal Palace hotel has been hijacked by Bankhead Entertainment. You can anticipate the best DJs, the best food and to make some of the best memories.
