Just before his new album gets launched, he decided to release a new song ''Yahweh'' off the new album. ''Yahweh'' is a song that praises God on a different level. It really gets the body moving with a touch of Ghanaian chorus. He is currently working on his first album which will be launched soon.

About Michael Pounds
Mr. Pounds is a singer-song writer. He enjoys playing drums and keyboard in his leisure time. He is also a member of Praise Warriors, a music ministry which he founded himself.
His aim is to honour God with his voice and body. He is a fantastic dancer, he is energetic, dynamic and prophetic in praise and worship. His single ''All I Live For'' was released in 2011 by Moreh Hill Music.
Being from an African background, he is able to sing in many languages in Africa including Ghana. His latest single - ''Yahweh'' has a touch of Ghanaian in its chorus. His passion for singing in Ghanaian tongue stems from his Ghanaian wife.
In July 2010 he was nominated for a category in the African Gospel Music Awards held in London. Michael believes that his greatest Award is to make it to Heaven. Michael Pounds is a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, London.
