While it’s not exactly the "Dislike" button many Facebook users have clamoured for, the social media giant has launched a limited six additional emoji icons for expressing feelings beyond the trademark "like" thumbs-up.
It comes several weeks after Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg revealed that the social network was finally working on an alternative to the Like button, a move many interpreted as meaning it would introduce a dislike button.
Holding down on the like button brings up the seven round icons, which can then be tapped to selected. The status then displays counters for each reaction - how many likes, sad faces and so on a status has received.
