The community is said to always have an annual virgin dance which is called Obina Dance of Abiriba Iri Ndi (new yam) festival.
During the festival, pure unmarried young women of Amanta in Ameke
community of Abiriba Kingdom (also called Nmaku Eziali maidens)
participate in the dance session of the festival. They dance almost
naked.
