Rivers State Governor, Wike, caught sleeping on duty [PICS]

Governor Wike of Rivers state was caught on camera sleeping at an event.
The Governor looked tired, and it seems like the strain of handling a state have started showing on him.
Either that or he is reading something written on the floor.
