Buhari finally ask for senate approval to appoint 15 special advisers

Muhammadu Buhari asked for the approval of the senate to appoint 15 special advisers that will help him in his duties as the President of Nigeria.
In a letter written to David Mark the President said the request was in accordance with the Section 151 (1), (2), (3) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
